I'm disgusted with this company. due to uncontrollable circumstances we have lost our rented property. We have had absolutely zero communication from anyone in the company. I have given consistent updates and no confirmation on their end and out of the blue we have lost the property even though we have a holding deposit.

This agency allowed a Tennant to completely trash our rental property. It has cost a large amount of money to rectify all the damage and disruption caused. The neglect and mismanagement was outside the covid period so not, in any way, a valid excuse. Without going into further detail, as a landlord I wouldn't touch this rental agency with a bargepole.

Very disappointed with this estate agent. We found them to be dishonest, unprofessional and rude. We did not hear from them at all during our house sale process, no updates, nothing, and it was down to us to actually get the house sale through. Very poor service and I would not use them again.

Having rented for a year through this company, it took almost a further year and the involvement of the conflict resolution team at the DPS and the Ombudsman to finally get a conclusion to an unnecessarily unpleasant deposit return process. I’m fortunate that I was not dependent on the deposit, and was prepared to challenge the delays and total lack of communication and inaccuracies. The deposit was eventually returned but not without a huge waste of time and resources. The ombudsman found in my favour and an award was made. I would suggest other options if you have them.

Dear Jacki, I am sorry to read your review but I would like to explain so that the general public understand the background to this situation. Your son applied for a property which we dealt with in good faith and carried out all the necessary checks in order to get a date agreed and your son moved into the property. Despite chasing your son many times up to and including the morning of the move in date your son had failed to provide the signed contract and rental monies which forced the landlord of the property into a situation where they had lost all confidence in your son providing this information and as a result declined your son as their future tenant. Whilst we appreciate this outcome was not good for all parties concerned your son has a level of responsibility in this matter which it does not seem either he or you are able to accept. My lettings team do their very best to help all parties and if your son had provided the information and the monies as we had directed him to do many times he would now be living in that property.
