So rude, and if your a family of different ethnicity won’t give you a chance

Very disappointed with this estate agent. We found them to be dishonest, unprofessional and rude. We did not hear from them at all during our house sale process, no updates, nothing, and it was down to us to actually get the house sale through. Very poor service and I would not use them again.

Having rented for a year through this company, it took almost a further year and the involvement of the conflict resolution team at the DPS and the Ombudsman to finally get a conclusion to an unnecessarily unpleasant deposit return process. I’m fortunate that I was not dependent on the deposit, and was prepared to challenge the delays and total lack of communication and inaccuracies. The deposit was eventually returned but not without a huge waste of time and resources. The ombudsman found in my favour and an award was made. I would suggest other options if you have them.

"Newton fallowell worst..."

I have just rented an apartment via newton fallowell and to say I am disgusted is an understatement, no inspection/ due diligence, even though we went to view the house but the amount of damages that you are unable to see is unbelievable, what they took as inventory was entirely different to what we saw at the property, the Lincoln branch spoke to me as if they were doing me a favour, very unprofessional, I did stand my ground ensuring that I did let them know they weren't doing me a favour. This letting agent needs to be boycotted as they feel untouchable. The oven was dirty, rusted and coated with leftover oil ruminants, Shaking the handrail on the stairwell, Windows sealant are not present, The electrical fuse and meter of the house are exposed, The door that leads to the stairwell from the Living room has pulled out, revealing the frame which holds the lower hinge is weak, The freezer keeps buzzing while a red light indicator comes on and off. Also, the freezer was not properly cleaned with ruminant of peas and corns. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE and they were only concerned about a moving in date and the money as to making sure due diligence of making sure the property was in a good state, Avoid this agent as they are useless.

Companies like this are keeping charities like shelter in existence! Leaving tenants in awful situations and no communication, highly unprofessional.

I strongly advise you not to let a property from this disreputable company. You will not receive support, communication or respect from them. They are negligent, unethical and very unprofessional.
