So rude, and if your a family of different ethnicity won’t give you a chance

Very disappointed with this estate agent. We found them to be dishonest, unprofessional and rude. We did not hear from them at all during our house sale process, no updates, nothing, and it was down to us to actually get the house sale through. Very poor service and I would not use them again.

Having rented for a year through this company, it took almost a further year and the involvement of the conflict resolution team at the DPS and the Ombudsman to finally get a conclusion to an unnecessarily unpleasant deposit return process. I’m fortunate that I was not dependent on the deposit, and was prepared to challenge the delays and total lack of communication and inaccuracies. The deposit was eventually returned but not without a huge waste of time and resources. The ombudsman found in my favour and an award was made. I would suggest other options if you have them.

Companies like this are keeping charities like shelter in existence! Leaving tenants in awful situations and no communication, highly unprofessional.

Dear Jacki, I am sorry to read your review but I would like to explain so that the general public understand the background to this situation. Your son applied for a property which we dealt with in good faith and carried out all the necessary checks in order to get a date agreed and your son moved into the property. Despite chasing your son many times up to and including the morning of the move in date your son had failed to provide the signed contract and rental monies which forced the landlord of the property into a situation where they had lost all confidence in your son providing this information and as a result declined your son as their future tenant. Whilst we appreciate this outcome was not good for all parties concerned your son has a level of responsibility in this matter which it does not seem either he or you are able to accept. My lettings team do their very best to help all parties and if your son had provided the information and the monies as we had directed him to do many times he would now be living in that property. I strongly advise you not to let a property from this disreputable company. You will not receive support, communication or respect from them. They are negligent, unethical and very unprofessional.

Very poor communication, applied to rent a property 3 times. Appears the staff do not communicate. No feedback, no communication whilst waiting for an answer from the landlord after many calls & emails. 3 weeks & still waiting for them. Definitely an agents to avoid.

If I could give 0 I would. Enquired about a letting and was told last week that it is still available asked for a virtual viewing had to email them the next day to send the virtual viewing and phone them before they sent it. Sent in all my details waiting for the third party to send me an application and did not recieve it for 3 days so phoned them only for Harriet (the same person who sent me the viewing) to tell me an application was accepted this morning so didn't even stand a chance because of the poor time keeping and enthusiasm from Harriet. Disgusting service.
