Not the most helpful nor were the agents very good at listening. To be able to hang up a phone and "forget" to send a link straight afterwards... when it's literally the biggest part of your job. Amazing. Wouldn't recommend handing over any money to them

I have now contacted the Lincoln three times in 2 months about a potential breach of my GDPR. They have yet to acknowledge or address the complaint. I am now in contact with the Ombudsman.
Awful customer service. Extremely poor communication, promises call backs, was expecting a call back from Lara and does not follow through with call backs. Not very considerate or understanding. Having rental properties myself, I would not use or recommend this estate agent to market any of those or find tenants, due to the lack of communication they provide for people viewing houses and interested in properties.
Whilst Rebecca, the director attempted to be professional, we encountered a tirade of rudeness and unprofessionalism from one so called female manager who in one email commented that I did not pay her fee and this was after many incompetent and unprofessional communications. As with other complaints on Google, she had no idea how to communicate with individuals making such a large purchase. I would not use this company again under any circumstances. Rebecca apparently reprimanded the member of staff concerned but I never received feedback on this which she promised to do, so you can't even rely on a director to do what she promises. In all honesty if you want a stress free purchase or sale, avoid this company as many suggest in these reviews. Nobody should have to deal with such incompetence and rudeness, neither should one have to complain to receive a competent service. Staff interact as if on facebook and are offended when you expect a professional service. 1 Star awarded only because necessary for a review to be submitted and note numerous 1 star reviews on here too so our experience no doubt typical of this company of incompetents. Addendum - Rebecca's rude response below sums up the company and reinforces my points. She also worryingly can't count as I gave 1 star and only then to enable a review to be written - definitely not 2 stars. A person who can't count who has to manage financial negotiations of people's property - their most expensive asset. Incompetence doesn't even start to explain this company. AVOID THEM and the director blathering on in a delusional fashion and making excuses about Covid shows lack of progress and accountability for the number of similar complaints on here over the last 2 yrs without the presence of a pandemic.NegativeProfessionalism
If could give lower rating would. Garbage estate agent to say least. Was with them 6 months & had 5 viewings, moved estate agent sold in 2 days. Avoid at all costs and save money, time & stress
One year I live house where don't want doing agency nothing
Apart from Steve Ashton at the Lincoln office we received a very poor level of service and care. When calling into the office we were made to feel a nuisance and an air of arrogance from certain staff members which was not only felt by us but by other professionals involved in the sale of our property. There was a lack of communication and felt for the fee charged little was done.
