i have been a tenant with newton falowell for almost 2 years, i've had a few issues with things that needed to be repaired or replaced and they have always organised the appropriate contractor and advised me who it will be and that they will call me. they are helpful and courteous and respect my privacy as the tenant. rebecca has been particularly kind and helpful but overall the team running an effective service
