Dear Jacki,
I am sorry to read your review but I would like to explain so that the general public understand the background to this situation. Your son applied for a property which we dealt with in good faith and carried out all the necessary checks in order to get a date agreed and your son moved into the property. Despite chasing your son many times up to and including the morning of the move in date your son had failed to provide the signed contract and rental monies which forced the landlord of the property into a situation where they had lost all confidence in your son providing this information and as a result declined your son as their future tenant. Whilst we appreciate this outcome was not good for all parties concerned your son has a level of responsibility in this matter which it does not seem either he or you are able to accept. My lettings team do their very best to help all parties and if your son had provided the information and the monies as we had directed him to do many times he would now be living in that property.
