The lady who showed us around the property was nice and polite and Hannah was very good and helpful. But the process took a long time from start to finish. We also encounted a staff member with a south african accent who was extremely rude and agressive over the phone, when we were only following up on our internet provider. She kinda ruined the whole experience and gave Belvoir a bad representation. Just glad to be in the property, which is a lovely standard and in the inventory was very thorough. Stars only dropped for time delays ( which i believe were down to the landlord) and the rude staff encounter. Thanks Hannah for your hard work

Although we believe we dealt with the issue in a timely manner, we should have managed your expectations much better and been more proactive in our communication. We hope as a tenant you start to feel welcomed and valued as some time passes as you have more engagement with us. Very happy with the property I rented with Belviour. Disappointed with the level of communication and customer service. The lovely lady who checked me out of the property is a credit to Belvoior, more should follow with this attitude.

Belvoir staff respond promptly & efficiently to complaints. However, major work that need's doing obviously takes time.

Sadly my experience doesn't match many of the good reviews. Unfortunately I was handed over to Belvoir when my previous letting agent closed, whereby I had a very personal service and didn't have to worry about my house being looked after. Then Belvoir, I felt I was constantly chasing for answers/solutions. When work needed doing to my house, in the end I had to arrange it myself from Germany. Two weeks after it was identified an electrician was needed, the tenants were asked to provide 'a picture of the lights not working' (?!)... With no appointment booked at all. I got a local electrician out next day myself via checkatrade. Errors from day one with the contract, errors in the inventory whereby I've lost hundreds in missing heating oil, to their boiler engineer breaking my boiler and Belvoir weren't liable due to the wording in their contract, this saga ended up costing me a new boiler costing 6k. So, sadly I can not recommend them to be a letting agent. If you ask on Lincoln Facebook pages for recommendations, which I later did - they are never mentioned. Mundys however seems to be the most popular choice and so far have been great. When I cancelled the contract, Belvoir didn't care why.

All great until you need a repair doing. No repair is more than a priority 3 which means nothing exceptit gets delt with months later. They are more than happy to leave you without a toilet to go in (which blocked on many occasions due to the way the drainage system was built) & blocked unuasable shower from the toilet. Many issues were left unresolved & judging by the photos on the website they are still unsorted. Would not recommend to others
