Belvoir stepped in when a
Belvoir stepped in when a "recommended" agent did everything, and I mean everything, wrong. They sorted out, last minute, all our problems. Good price, ticked all the relevant legal requirements, speedy tenant find, references sorted, good communications. Would recommend knowing that they do everything right!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE BELVOIR LINCOLN, they are highly unprofessional and pass your emails around without actually dealing with the problems. I ended up without a cooker for weeks, and they even sent workmen around who defaced the property, adding a rude comment to my door. The shower leaked 3 times in 4 months and the workmanship was well below standard. Belvoir do not ! deal with complaints, they just brush them under the carpet, and blame you rather than the property. I am absolutely disgusted with them !!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use them, it is so not worth it. I am now living in an amazing place, with lovely people who act in a responsible and professional manner. In turn they get my full respect. Belvoir Lincoln on the other hand should be closed down! you guys should be ashamed of yourself
