We are about to move to Lincoln because of my husbands job from Swindon. I visited every agent in Lincoln and these guys were the best by a million miles. They actually cared about what I wanted and whilst they didnt eventually get me the house we will move to, I wish they did, because they cared.

I felt that Belvoir Letting (LIncoln) fully understood my needs as Landlord and were most professional in their time and effort in finding a new Tenant. The smoothest change of Tenancy I have experienced, with advise freely given on issues relating to the former Tenant. Thank you very much.

Lived with Belvoir for the last three years in student property, and it hasn't been without its highs and lows. Becci, Karen N. and Hannah all get a special mention for going above and beyond at one point or another in the past three years. Only downside I've truly faced has been the lack of cooperation from the landlords. But the accommodation has been affordable and central, and has been my home away from home for the last three years. Thanks guys!

Lived in 3 Belvoir student houses in 3 years. All of them have been to a high quality. If we’ve had problems we’ve managed to contact Belvoir and have the issues attended to promptly. I’ve had communication trouble with one new member of staff however issues have been rectified. If I’ve had queries, they’ve been answered in a quick response via email and house updates and reminders are sent prior to any visits. I wouldn’t choose any other Lettings agency.
