I found Belvoir Lettings at Lincoln to be a very friendly, approachable serivce and able to call them at any time to discuss any queries I had. There was always someone at the branch, familiar with my property and able to answer my questions. Whilst providing this element of service the Lincoln branch also came across as extremely efficient and professional, adhereing strictly to all of the contract and letting regulations. They basically dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's making me feel very re-assured that my property was in the safest of hands.

We purchased a property in Lincoln just before Christmas that the previous owner sold to us due to having tenants who trashed the place, and still needed plenty of work doing on it despite having been "prepared" for sale. From the moment we selected Belvoir as our letting agent they have been helpful, professional and diligent. They gave us access to some great tradespeople that they use regularly who have proved to be totally reliable and sensibly priced, which has been a godsend given that we live over 100miles away from the area. Once ready for letting, they found suitable tenants for the property within 10 days, and despite a move-in delay caused by the January snows, moved in on 1st February. In the tenants' first couple of weeks there were a number of issues with failing equipment in the property, now hopefully solved, and Belvoir's management of the issues and their resolution has been exemplary, especially in keeping the tenants onside during the problems. Their charging structure and advice of anticipated costs in connection with maintenance is totally transparent, and we now have a 2nd property let through them and are looking to add more during the course of this year.

The service was superb from start to completion and when the first lot of tenants moved on the repeated service was just as excellent. The professionalism is of the highest level across the whole office and this agent is interested in what is best for you, not necessarily them as a company. Cannot speak highly enough of the Lincoln Office.

When we decided to rent our

When we decided to rent our property out we looked at various agents. Belvoir were by far the best and most efficient. They pointed us in the right direction to get the house as it needed to be for a tenant, they regularly visit to ensure all is well at the house, they arrange any work to be done with reputable companies and workmen known for their quality of work and products. They have served us well. When the first tenancy lapsed, they told us when that tenant was leaving, we did any work necessary and they put in the people to steam clean carpets etc - and they had another tenant in just a month after the first tenant left. We are delighted with the service Belvoir gives us and would not be without them managing the property for us.

From day one Belvoir lettings

From day one Belvoir lettings in Lincoln were amazing. The chap we first saw doesn't work there anymore but having Karen take over settled us enormously. We moved overseas as my husband is in the forces and have paid for the management service where everything is done for us. To date we have me never had any issues. If something needs doing with our house we are informed straight away. When our first tenant moved out we had an issue with one of the carpets. We gave my mum and dad permission to act on our behalf and Karen was amazing. She sorted us getting a replacement carpet and had no stress whatsoever. Everything was done for us we didn't even chase as we were constantly kept up to date. We get our invoices promptly we are informed of all up to date information in relation to renting our property. If we have called we have always either spoken to someone or had calls returned promptly. Any queries we have had have been answered promptly and our minds always put at rest if we have been worried about anything. I honestly cannot praise the service we have received more. I did my research before choosing an agent and had three potential companies turn up at my house. The reason we chose Belvoir was their professionalism and the fact they cared that I was worried about letting my property. If Lincoln do not win the prize I think they should be specially mentioned by head office for the caring professional service they offer. Due to my work it meant I had

Due to my work it meant I had to move house so I deceied on letting my Property out with Belvoir Linoln. They helped with everything relating to becoming a landlady. I have now been renting my property out with Belvoir for 9 years now with no problems what so ever, despite the odd hicups with tennants to which Belvoir advised as to where to rectify the issue. I have since brought another property to let, the estate suggested we use their letting department utterly dire with even giving us any paperwork quotes on rent etc. So I went back to Belvoir Lincoln photos and paperwork completed on the Thursday tennants were found on the Friday and moved in the next week. Belvoir keep me up to date with faults problems alike. Even on updating the house with a redec they assisted with contractors doing a good job while keeping their costs low..
