The lady who showed us around the property was nice and polite and Hannah was very good and helpful. But the process took a long time from start to finish. We also encounted a staff member with a south african accent who was extremely rude and agressive over the phone, when we were only following up on our internet provider. She kinda ruined the whole experience and gave Belvoir a bad representation. Just glad to be in the property, which is a lovely standard and in the inventory was very thorough. Stars only dropped for time delays ( which i believe were down to the landlord) and the rude staff encounter. Thanks Hannah for your hard work
