Excellent service from start
Excellent service from start to finish. Theydons took fantastic photos of our property and were helpful and efficient throughout the letting process. They found us perfect tenants in a few days. Efficient and Professional service which delivered the result I was looking for. I have bought, let and subsequently sold the flat through this office. The team is Professional, polite and effective. I really cannot praise
I really cannot praise Theydons enough. From the outset when James came to value the property I could tell he new the market and what the property was worth. He valued it �30 000 more than the other agents and obtained an extra �32 000 on top of that when it went to offers. The sale was very difficult as I was tying in a lease extension during which the freeholder died leaving no will and as such was very very complicated. Theydons and I must mention Taryn specifically here were always professional super efficient and fast in their replies and definately made the sale happen through hard work and excellent communication . Always calm and supportive and giving the correct advise. I cannot praise Taryn and her team highly enough.

Jack assisted with the search

It was extremely simple and
It was extremely simple and straightforward in putting out house on the market through theydons. Needless to say we had spoken with other local agents and decided to go with theydons as their philosophy and approach to achieving the sale was suitable for our situation. They sorted the photography out nicely to ensure that the advert looked spot on and brought the clients through the door. Definitely recommend them and James for the future sales.

Lauren was helpful, positive
Lauren was helpful, positive and accomodating throughout this process. Nothing was too little or too much and her overall approach in relation to dealing with us as clients was friendly yet professional. Theydons in Leytonstone sold
Theydons in Leytonstone sold our house to us originally and just recently sold it on for us after 6 years. My main contact was Taryn on both occasions and she was brilliant! She was always calm and talked us through every stage of the process and generally did everything she could to made the whole thing a lot more bearable...even dealing with our vendors tricky agent on my behalf. I recently recommended them to a friend of mine who had viewed nearly 25 properties with various agents with no luck, and within a few weeks of working with Theydons she had had an offer accepted on a property, and has just completed. She had the same pain-free experience as me.

Over a number of years of
Over a number of years of renting my property I was fortunate to have someone like Theresa to answer any queries, provide documents and deal promptly with any problems/repairs/issues on my behalf. I felt confident of leaving my property in her hands during my many trips abroad. She is not only a professional but someone who is very approachable and understanding.
