Frequent mould, changed move in dates last minute, 5 months to fix a fence, 2 years of damp walls caused by incompetent attempts to fix, charging £38 pounds for a shower curtain and 170 for end of tenancy cleaning, not to mention £600 lettings fees. If you decide to let from Theydons, be prepared to pack the Vaseline on vacation of the flat. You'll be walking like John Wayne. AVOID!
