Have used Theydon property
Have used Theydon property property services for over 10 years and can say Neil and team are exceptionally helpful over and above. Nothing to much for them and am able to ask Neil's help on properties that are not even fully managed by him. Highly recommend the after care great. Thanks guys.

Theydons Leytonstone are the best! We were very sceptical about going through an agency especially as Theydon's fees are not cheap, but their professionalism and the way they actually listen to what you are looking for and come back to you with exactly that impressed us tremendously. We were first in contact with Lauren. The first property we saw was not quite what we wanted, but she listened to our feedback, worked her magic and the second property was absolutely spot on! When we didn't get it because we were to slow to put an offer, she came back to us with a property that was even better under a week later and we have since moved in our new home and are loving it! Once the flat found, we were dealing with Amy. She was very patient in answering all our questions and finding out the information we needed for us so to make our move easier. We can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us so far and knowing that the property we ended up in is managed by them has put our minds at rest. All the staff at Theydons were friendly and eager to help. They are Real professionals who make you feel like they are actually helping you find a home rather than just giving you the hard sell speech to get rid of you. Thank you very much indeed.

Theresa, Neil and the
Theresa, Neil and the Theydon's Team have looked after our flat for over 10 years. They offer an outstanding service. They're always proactive, quick to act and great problem solvers. I thoroughly and unreservedly recommend them. Fantastic to deal with too.

Excellent, friendly, well

Both Lauren and Amy were a
Both Lauren and Amy were a fantastic help on the letting of my flat. I took them on a joint agency basis after my flat languished on the market for nearly 6 weeks, and they made a big difference from the moment they were involved. Pragmatic and problem solving in their approach, they got the right result in a good time frame, thinking proactively to get the task done. As with every member of Theydons staff I've come into contact with, all this was carried out with trademark likeability and character. I would thoroughly recommend both Lauren and Amy to anyone thinking of letting their property.
