I would like to particularly mention Neil and Theresa who have always been honest, friendly and professional. To the point where I see Neil more as a friend than a Lettings Agent! Me and my friends (all professionals under 25) rented a house with Theydon's and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of estate agents tend to take advantage of young people but they were helpful and reasonable throughout. We all got our deposits back and I'm sure you will to as long as you're alright people.

We found Theydons staff to be very supportive, helpful, professional and friendly. They always got back to us in a timely manner. Despite a property falling through earlier in the year with another estate agent, they worked tirelessly to ensure we got the next property we set our heart on. They listened to our situation and helped persuade the seller that we were the buyers who would exchange and complete in the quickest amount of time. During the period before exchange, they assisted in chasing solicitors for extra information and faciliated access to the property for contractors to come in and provide building quotes. They made the whole buying process as smooth as possible and we would highly recommend them to others.

Taryn was always on the end

Taryn was always on the end of the phone whenever I had any questions and happy to support our solicitor by contacting the vendor should the process have started slowing down. I found Taryn to be honest, reassuring and not pushy at all which is exactly what you need when making the biggest purchase of your life! The fact there was a mortgage broker on site was a huge bonus. I would definitely use Theydon's and especially Taryn when looking for my next property, although it won't be for a while as I love our new home!
