I have been renting a property with Theydons for two years and I could not have possibly asked for a better agency! Any problem my housemates and I had was dealt with beyond efficiently, with care and we were never made to feel like a burden or inconvenience. At the beginning of our tenancy all the paperwork was clearly explained and thus we never had any unpleasant surprises. The property management staff, Theresa and Lauren have been absolute angels and together with the rest of Theydons team made our tenancy so lovely that we did not want to leave!
