Me and my friends (all professionals under 25) rented a house with Theydon's and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of estate agents tend to take advantage of young people but they were helpful and reasonable throughout. We all got our deposits back and I'm sure you will to as long as you're alright people.
