Our first property with this agent! I would like to congratulate this office for the outstanding work! We were delighted of this agency`s customer and people skills! They won us over as a customers and we will definitely recommend them and use their services for the years ahead! The Manager Louis were very patient and helpful. There was no single request she didn't deal with interest and understanding! They have helped our family to find a place to live week or so before Christmas with our baby kitten. We thought it will be a struggle and it will force us to live in a very old run down property. I know how that sounds but it is our first time to look for a property with a pet, and as we have read horrific stories of tenants with pets who were forced to give it for adoption we really thought it will be very lengthy and unpleasant experience.
