Never reply to our official complaints, very unhappy with letting service, so many mistakes and will not telephone us to sort. We pay for a fully managed service but need to chase daily to get things done

Tried to buy a house with Ewemove for several months. Although we were completely prepared for things to take longer due to the current circumstances, the lack of updates & vagueness we received from their sales progression team was shocking & ultimately lead us to pull out & buy another property with a different agent.

WARNING !! Do not ever rent a property from these people. They Never answer the phone after leaving several messages ,when you finally do get to speak to someone they fob you off and make false promises of emailing and calling you back and do not do either they will take all your money and leave you with nothing. Their after tenancy customer service is a joke be warned. DO NOT RENT WITH PROFFITT AND HOLT WATFORD THE PARADE
