Tried to buy a house with Ewemove for several months. Although we were completely prepared for things to take longer due to the current circumstances, the lack of updates & vagueness we received from their sales progression team was shocking & ultimately lead us to pull out & buy another property with a different agent.
Reply from EweMove Leighton Buzzard: Dear Matthew,
It was good to speak to both you & Tilly yesterday, and as mentioned we really do appreciate your feedback on the service provided.
We have taken onboard your feedback and will strive to improve moving forwards.
We would love to work with you again in the future, so please bear us in mind when you are ready to make your next move in the future.
All the best with your current house purchase.
Kind Regards,
