Bought a house via Proffitt & Holt which completed today, nothing but good things to say about their service. Registered with Steffi, viewed the house very quickly, offering stages was via closed bids, normally a nerve racking process but was kept up to speed throughout, professionally dealt with to completion, additional help of Clare after our bid was accepted on the legals made it extremely smooth. Would not hesitate to use or recommend Steffi for future purchases / sales.
Proffitt and Holt have been excellent rental agents for my house over many years. Amberley Elvines as my principal point of contact has been friendly, professional, and completely trustworthy throughout. I thoroughly recommend them, and Amberley.
