Muriel Asuramu The Trusted Agent 21 September 2023

The best agent ever

Haf is really good at what he does. When I moved into my apartment I noticed some bits of stuff that not good anymore. I contacted him and he came over to check them out. He told me to leave it with him. It didn't take long he reached out and got everything sorted. I was really glad he did as promised. Haf you are the best agent ever.

Reply from Martin & Co Leeds City: Thank you so much for your kind words about Haf, Muriel! We are so pleased he was able to attend to your issue promptly and get everything sorted out - we take pride in providing excellent service to our clients.

Overall good communication and handling of renting process

I am grateful to Ellie for being as accommodating as possible, especially given I was the renter who is not the lead tenant and had a few issues with my ID checks which Ellie was able to coordinate and help with the process. There was also some discrepancy with the tenancy start date which Ellie was able to negotiate with the landlord and help us out. Thank you!

Reply from Martin & Co Leeds City: Thank you, Dharshini, for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us. We're delighted to hear that Ellie was able to assist you effectively throughout the process. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll continue to strive for excellence in our service. Sue is amazing

Sue really helped me and put my mind at ease after a miscommunication over my rent increase. The original agent I spoke to offered me an increase amount and then came back to me with an ven larger asronimical rent increase. She had no empathy or desire to look into the issue for me. However, Sue picked up my concern and took ownership even though it wasn’t her case. She was kind, empathetic, reassuring and went the extra mile for me. She clearly cares. Sue is amazing at service recovery and my faith and trust in Martin and co remains as good as always now.

Reply from Martin & Co Leeds City: Dear Mark, Thank you for your candid feedback and the 4-star review. We're glad that Sue was able to resolve the miscommunication about your rent increase professionally and compassionately. We always strive to provide exceptional service and are thrilled Sue exemplified this, restoring your faith in us. Your trust is our top priority, and we look forward to continuing to help you in the future. Best wishes Elizabeth
