Overall good communication and handling of renting process

I am grateful to Ellie for being as accommodating as possible, especially given I was the renter who is not the lead tenant and had a few issues with my ID checks which Ellie was able to coordinate and help with the process. There was also some discrepancy with the tenancy start date which Ellie was able to negotiate with the landlord and help us out. Thank you!
