I started my contract in my “NEWLY REFURBISHED FLAT” with no water heater. The issue took 1 month to resolve. No water heater is no small issue, It is legally considered a HAZARD, especially in freezing, cold weather, which should have been resolved in 24 HOURS, not almost a month. There was almost no follow up from their part, I had to call almost ever day to ensure they stay on top of this. It felt as if my problem wasn’t on top of their list .No alternative temporary accommodation was offered, nor any other form of compensation. Rent paid in advance, for whole duration too. Not exactly the expectations I had for a known letting office.

Martin&Co was very responsive and helpful until we signed a contract to rent. From that day, everything became more challenging. When the tenancy came to an end, we were presented with a disturbingly unfair report of the condition of the flat. Currently collating information and evidence for a legal action against the company.

Time wasters and lie tellers. Avoid

Really unprofessional letting agency. We found a flat that we quite liked in August and put an offer in through a guy called Umair to rent the property. However after chasing it up on several occasions we were completely ignored and Umair didn’t even have the decency to get back in touch and let us know. I’d avoid this place and go with Morgan’s opposite for a slightly better service.
