Very disrespectful. They confirmed the viewing and did not turn up and did not notify in advance. Very unprofessional.
Let rat is a anagram of Tatler, isn't it strange? No duty of care to young children and OAPs, profits before people's wellbeing.
Property was sold / completed on in an awful condition, required formal cleaning - no support when raised. Poor communication. Follow up communication that is irrelevant, out of touch and belies our experience. Estate agents that are true to the stereotype.
Telephonist very rude and would not put me through to the accounts dept. No help. Rang her twice and she cut me off. Would not do business with an office that employed rude staff Will contact her employer about this. Bad image for the public
I would not recommend you either sell or buy a house from Williams Estates. After being promised the house we purchased would be clean and tidy, the sight that greeted us was a house that was full of dust and dirt, the kitchen cupboards took me 3 days to get clean. After complaining we have been given the impression that we are the ones being unreasonable and they have simply washed their hands of us. The vendor despite receiving his monies 4 hours previously was still in residence and the banal response from Williams Estates was, these things happen. Avoid at all costs. A recommendation of an Estate Agent would be JLord of Davenham, who were the epitome of professionalism and unlike Williams Estates couldn't be of more help with a problem. Julie and Mollie were fantastic.
Really poor customer service. Spend far too much time having to chase for them updates on offers I have put in. One offer was rejected, but they didn’t bother contacting me to let me know. Also a really poor knowledge of the property
Patronising! Im still waiting for an email from last week so not very helpful either
Communication is terrible, rang the stockton site to view a house, after viewing it we tried ringing, even went into the stockton office and left our name for the application form, I replied to the number that gave me the initial appointment asking for an application, no response. The next day my partner rang for one got told to contact the ingleby office as they were dealing with it, they said he'd be sent one at 11.30, I then rang ingleby office at 1.45 to be told they won't be taking any more applications, told them I'd been trying since the viewing to get one and my partner had been sent one but was at work so couldn't fill it out till his break, to be then told well I'll be sending them off at 3 and I'd have to get it forwarded from my parter. Rang my partner at 2 o'clock to find out he still hasn't even been sent the application! Absolute waste of time, put me off viewing any more houses with them, literally tried everything to get an application and still not recieved one. Would not recommend.
Not a good experience. Would never buy a property again through them.
