I would not recommend you either sell or buy a house from Williams Estates. After being promised the house we purchased would be clean and tidy, the sight that greeted us was a house that was full of dust and dirt, the kitchen cupboards took me 3 days to get clean. After complaining we have been given the impression that we are the ones being unreasonable and they have simply washed their hands of us. The vendor despite receiving his monies 4 hours previously was still in residence and the banal response from Williams Estates was, these things happen. Avoid at all costs. A recommendation of an Estate Agent would be JLord of Davenham, who were the epitome of professionalism and unlike Williams Estates couldn't be of more help with a problem.
