Sawyer and co have been our go-to for all things property and we must thank the people who have helped us for almost a decade. Bob Beaken in sales is great to work with, as indeed are Kerry-Anne Holland in Lettings, and Katie Price in Block Management. All energetic, experienced and proactive. Those who we’ve had involvement with in more recent years also deserve a mention so hats off to Kathy, Beth (Block), Kieran, Elliot (sales), and Pamela, Emma, and Sarah (accounts). You’ve all been great. Thank you.

My partner and I had a very negative experience previously with a different letting agent. So naturally we are quite apprehensive and have low expectations. Fortunately Sawyer and Co manage our current flat, and we have never felt more grateful. Jess is our property manager and she is so helpful and kind. It’s also clear that the property is well maintained and cared for. It’s clean, there’s no mould, damp or botch jobs!

I have used Sawyers for many years now and have always been very happy with the service provided. I recently sold a flat and Bob Beaken was most helpful in overcoming some of the technical problems that needed to be resolved. I found the back up provided invaluable.

Sold my flat recently and every aspect of it was smooth, kieren was a great point of contact for the sale and he was a great comunicator. The sale nearly fell through due to problems with my onward purchase but bob managed to find a way through with his knowledge and experience. Bob literally saved the day and got my sale over the line, thanks Swayer and co!
