I used Sawyer & Co Estate Agents and Letting agents in Hove for my last rental. Both Mia and Esme were very helpful with the entire process before i moved in and after i've moved in, my property manager Joe is also very helpful when i had any questions or issues. I would recommend them as a Lettings Agent and will definitely use them again should i move again but i hope this won't happen anytime soon :)

We were then passed on to Mia for our tenancy checks etc. Mia was also lovely and also very professional ,she kept in contact with us and updated us whenever she could she made us feel at ease and relaxed in a stressful time! I would recommend Sawyer and Co to manage and find new tenants for any property I own. Tracey is an amazing lettings manager, nothing is too much trouble for her and very personable. Cerys was so professional in creating a new marketing brochure for us, which we were very pleased with. Mia was also very approachable and in contact with us through the new tenant process.
