The measure of a good agent is not getting a simple sale done easily, but instead how a complex and difficult sale is handled. I have used Sawyer's for some years in various capacities and have always been satisfied. My recent sale with them was however far from straightforward but Simon and especially Bob spent huge amounts of time and effort bringing it to completion. They genuinely went above and beyond what one could expect of an agent. To them I say thank you. And to readers of this review I would unhesitatingly recommend Sawyer and Co.

We dealt with Mia Boothby and she was excellent. Strong communication and felt like an advocate for tenant as well as landlord. Also seems like she cares about her job and her clients. Would definitely recommend

After a dismal experience with Hamptons I switched to Sawyers who had my property nicely photographed, described in literate and attractive English and under offer in a couple of weeks. Well done the whole team, especially in my case Kieran Carter initially and Bob Beaken latterly, both always helpful, answering any questions I had knowledgeably and patiently. Recommended.
