Bob Beaken from Sawyer & Co was absolutely brilliant. His response to my emails was always lightning fast and he clearly explained everything we needed to know, even answering questions that I hadn't thought to or didn't know to ask.

My partner and I had a very negative experience previously with a different letting agent. So naturally we are quite apprehensive and have low expectations. Fortunately Sawyer and Co manage our current flat, and we have never felt more grateful. Jess is our property manager and she is so helpful and kind. It’s also clear that the property is well maintained and cared for. It’s clean, there’s no mould, damp or botch jobs!

I have used Sawyers for many years now and have always been very happy with the service provided. I recently sold a flat and Bob Beaken was most helpful in overcoming some of the technical problems that needed to be resolved. I found the back up provided invaluable.

I dealt with Sawyer & Co to set-up a tenancy they were advertising on behalf of a private landlord. From pre-viewing to move-in I found Sawyer & Co to be very quick and efficient in setting-up the tenancy and dealing with any questions. My thanks to Mia & Jess for all of their assistance.

We had a very good experience dealing with Sawyer & Co. The communication with Mia was always easy and smooth and she was friendly and professional at the same time. We also dealt with Jess who came to meet us at the property. Straight away I had a good feeling as she welcomed us with a lovely warm smile. Jess was patient while we took some measurements and went around the property for our second visit. In addition she was extremely helpful with regards to the key collection; she went above and beyond her responsibility which was really appreciated. Thank you girls !!!

We engaged Sawyers to sell a flat in the summer and the process was completed swiftly and very professionally. Would definitely use them again. Huge thanks to Kieran Carter for the pre-sale process and to Bob Beakin who took over after sale agreed - he was a force of nature and very instrumental in pushing it over the line.

Our agent Mia B went above and beyond for us and thanks to her we were able to move into the house we wanted. She never made us feel rushed, liaised properly and promptly. She was really 5* and we met with A LOT of agents but she truly stood out. Thank you ever so much.
