Emily Lee has been excellent. A credit to Brock Taylor. Emily dealt with my Mother very calmly, professionally, and made her feel comfortable with the difficult task of moving at a mature age! The properties she was shown, were appropriate and very close to satisfying her needs. Emily was on time, efficient in responding to calls and questions, showing us around with a smile, and more importantly, with honesty, and an awareness of reality. Very pleased so far. Our search continues, but no plans on going to other Estate Agents. Well done, Emily 👍

Emily was a joy. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Arrangements for looking at flats for a family member was done with great professionalism and enthusiasm.

We have rented two properties through Brock Taylor. All the staff there are very efficient and helpful and are very easy to communicate with. Suzanna, Terri and Iona have always been quick to respond to any issues. Suzanna helped us find our current home which are really pleased with. I would highly recommend them.

I have sold both my son’s flat and our own house through Brock Taylor and also asked them for advice on rental prices and house values on several occasions. The team (led by the personable and efficient Peter Mansell) is outstanding, both in their professionalism and in their manner and nothing seems too much trouble for them! Yesterday their valuer, Dave, visited our recently extended house as we needed a (free!) valuation for Stamp Duty purposes. There was nothing in it for them, but he came at short notice, gave us his time and remembered every detail of the house from when we had put it on the market 3y ago - impressive! In the past I have had some less than pleasant experiences with estate-agents, but Brock Taylor is not only 2 cuts above the rest in my opinion but totally in a league of their own! There are cheaper options on the High Street and on-line, but I guarantee that with Brock Taylor, you will have total peace of mind and as speedy a sale as possible (in this buyers market!).

During my search for a property my point of contact with Brock Taylor was Emily. We found her extremely helpful and proactive in finding properties for us to consider. She was always punctual with viewings and had plenty of information about the property to hand.
