Josh, Emily, Richard and David were all great from start to finish. I felt confident after my first meeting with Josh that they would market the house well and get a lot of interest, which indeed they did. The house was put on the market quickly and Emily did a fantastic job at keeping me updated. She also started helping to look for my new home. She was simply amazing with her communication, friendliness and proactive attitude. Richard then took over with the progression of the house and whilst he was on holiday, a small stumbling block happened - completely out of their control, but David managed the situation beautifully to reduce the delay in the sale. David went above and beyond what the company should have had to deal with (due to another agent down the chain) and kept me informed at all points. He reassured and took the stress away which was much appreciated. Overall a great team and they all deserve a pay rise!! Or recognition of some form. Highly recommend and will use again if I need to sell or buy (but hopefully not for a while)! Thanks again to a great team.

Having moved about 10 times in the last 15 years or so, I was always disappointed with Estate Agents. Brock Taylor were exceptional from the moment we viewed the house, Richard the after sales person was always updating me, always responded straightaway and friendly and professional.
