My experience at Brock Taylor was amazing, myself and my partner had the pleasure of dealing with Emily, who is extremely professional with a brilliant personality / sense of humour, every question I asked she answered within the day if not immediately. Can’t express enough how impressed we bath are... would definitely recommend Brock Taylor Horsham. Xx

Emily (Lee) was really friendly and professional when showing my boyfriend and I round some flats we were interested in. As first time buyers she gave us all the information we needed and made us feel so relaxed in what is supposed to be a very stressful time! She always replied to emails promptly, answered the phone or actually called us back when she said she would. She also asked about other viewings we had with other agents and actually seemed interested in us rather than just trying to sell us something. We both worked 9-5 Monday to Friday and she was more than happy to show us round the flat one evening which really suited us. Even after one property we liked was sold she found us similar properties and actually listened to our wants and budget rather than just sending us a standard list of property’s. Emily’s such a lovely and friendly member of the team at Brock Taylor and helped to make our buying process smooth and a lot easier than we thought! Thanks again Emily for all your hard work and help :)

I have been living in a rented property which is managed by Brock Taylor for a year and a half now. We love the property and hope to stay here for a long period of time. Recently, we had an issue where the extractor fan stopped working - one of those things! I contacted Terri, who arranged for an electrician to come out and install a replacement. This was fixed quickly and we now have a fantastic replacement. Any issues are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Terri also came round recently to carry out our inspection. She is a lovely friendly lady and I would highly recommend working with her and the rest of the team at Brock Taylor.

I have been with Brock Taylor for a few years now and they are a very friendly, helpful company . Suzanna and Iona are extremely helpful with any issues that arise with the property and they inform me straight away , so we can solve it quickly for the tenants . Thank you for all your hard work
