We dealt with Brock Taylor for the purchase of our house. The experience up to making an offer was fairly standard for estate agents, they did try to up-sell us their financial advisor services. However, when it came to sale progression, they were particularly brilliant. In particular, Fionn was an absolute star chasing up everyone and making sure we were kept up to date!

All the staff that have been involved in my moving I'm really thankful for all the help and support we have been given. They reply really on occasion of emails exchange and they provided solutions for the problems we raised.
