We were looking for a rental in Horsham and met Alex Cooper. Alex was wonderful; he is professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Always smart, punctual with viewings and ready to answer questions, he made the sometimes frustrating ordeal, pleasant. Alex was also the only agent out of others that we approached, that actually made the effort to contact us if he found something appropriate for us. Alex was a total and utter pleasure to deal with, a credit to Brock Taylor.

Emily and Josh are brilliant, our experience with them has been amazing. Emily listens to everything you say, takes into consideration all your needs with regards viewings and ensures all her colleagues have the same information, so that all the viewings flow, from start to finish. In all honesty, Emily is the reason we asked Brock Taylor to sell our house.

I have recently used Brock Taylor to let my 1 bed flat. Within 3 weeks of seeing Suzanna for the rental estimate the new tenants had moved in - at the full asking rent.I could not have asked for any better than that. Suzanna was very helpful and efficient through the whole process keeping me and the new tenants informed. Also the tenants that Suzanna introduced have been excellent. Rent paid on time and they keep the flat in pristine order.

Emily Lee such is a pleasure to work with! I have viewed a few homes with her now and she is always pleasant and bright. She is knowledgeable about the properties and is very patient with me as I ask a multitude of questions and wobble on about where I would put my furniture. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone and look forward to seeing her again soon.

Emily was very helpful and patient in locating a property despite my wife and I constantly changing our mind and the goal posts of what we wanted! She helped us find the property we eventually offered and accepted on. Excellent service and would recommend.

Proactive from the start. David showed us properties that addressed our ‘wish list’ and not just what the estate agent had to offer. Arrived for the viewing and was warmly greeted by David. The house viewing was honest and thorough and David was able to answer any questions I had. Although it wasn’t the property for us, David and his team at Brock Taylor have continued to follow up with suggestions. A good experience house hunting so far!
