I have sold both my son’s flat and our own house through Brock Taylor and also asked them for advice on rental prices and house values on several occasions. The team (led by the personable and efficient Peter Mansell) is outstanding, both in their professionalism and in their manner and nothing seems too much trouble for them! Yesterday their valuer, Dave, visited our recently extended house as we needed a (free!) valuation for Stamp Duty purposes. There was nothing in it for them, but he came at short notice, gave us his time and remembered every detail of the house from when we had put it on the market 3y ago - impressive! In the past I have had some less than pleasant experiences with estate-agents, but Brock Taylor is not only 2 cuts above the rest in my opinion but totally in a league of their own! There are cheaper options on the High Street and on-line, but I guarantee that with Brock Taylor, you will have total peace of mind and as speedy a sale as possible (in this buyers market!).

Emily (Lee) was really friendly and professional when showing my boyfriend and I round some flats we were interested in. As first time buyers she gave us all the information we needed and made us feel so relaxed in what is supposed to be a very stressful time! She always replied to emails promptly, answered the phone or actually called us back when she said she would. She also asked about other viewings we had with other agents and actually seemed interested in us rather than just trying to sell us something. We both worked 9-5 Monday to Friday and she was more than happy to show us round the flat one evening which really suited us. Even after one property we liked was sold she found us similar properties and actually listened to our wants and budget rather than just sending us a standard list of property’s. Emily’s such a lovely and friendly member of the team at Brock Taylor and helped to make our buying process smooth and a lot easier than we thought!
