We recently moved into our first home having initially placed our offer on a property 13 months ago. Although our journey has been bumpy (not due to Brock Taylor, but as a result of other peoples' situations as a result of the pandemic), Brock Taylor have guided us through the process and made it as smooth as they could. Leanne has been our main contact throughout this process, she has been excellent. She's regularly kept us updated with any progress, and has helped us with getting all the solicitors to talk to one another and us. Josh has stepped in when Leanne has been on leave, so even if she wasn't in the office we knew we'd be notified of any progress the chain made.
