Josh, Emily, Richard and David were all great from start to finish. I felt confident after my first meeting with Josh that they would market the house well and get a lot of interest, which indeed they did. The house was put on the market quickly and Emily did a fantastic job at keeping me updated. She also started helping to look for my new home. She was simply amazing with her communication, friendliness and proactive attitude. Richard then took over with the progression of the house and whilst he was on holiday, a small stumbling block happened - completely out of their control, but David managed the situation beautifully to reduce the delay in the sale. David went above and beyond what the company should have had to deal with (due to another agent down the chain) and kept me informed at all points. He reassured and took the stress away which was much appreciated. Overall a great team and they all deserve a pay rise!! Or recognition of some form. Highly recommend and will use again if I need to sell or buy (but hopefully not for a while)! Thanks again to a great team.

Brock Taylor were exceptional from the moment we viewed the house, Richard the after sales person was always updating me, always responded straightaway and friendly and professional. Emily Lee has been excellent. A credit to Brock Taylor. Emily dealt with my Mother very calmly, professionally, and made her feel comfortable with the difficult task of moving at a mature age! The properties she was shown, were appropriate and very close to satisfying her needs. Emily was on time, efficient in responding to calls and questions, showing us around with a smile, and more importantly, with honesty, and an awareness of reality. Very pleased so far. I have sold both my son’s flat and our own house through Brock Taylor and also asked them for advice on rental prices and house values on several occasions. The team (led by the personable and efficient Peter Mansell) is outstanding, both in their professionalism and in their manner and nothing seems too much trouble for them! Yesterday their valuer, Dave, visited our recently extended house as we needed a (free!) valuation for Stamp Duty purposes. There was nothing in it for them, but he came at short notice, gave us his time and remembered every detail of the house from when we had put it on the market 3y ago - impressive! In the past I have had some less than pleasant experiences with estate-agents, but Brock Taylor is not only 2 cuts above the rest in my opinion but totally in a league of their own! There are cheaper options on the High Street and on-line, but I guarantee that with Brock Taylor, you will have total peace of mind and as speedy a sale as possible (in this buyers market!).
