I have always been really happy with Brock Taylor’s Lettings team, but today they excelled themselves. After the sale of my flat fell through last week, Thomas found a short term let that was happy to allow sales viewings on the same day as picking the property up. I am completely staggered and incredibly grateful for the support and service that this team have offered me in what was a bit of a nightmare situation. We’ve had a great experience with Simon and Kate – they’ve been incredibly helpful and quick to resolve any issues that came up. Although we had a couple of unexpected problems along the way, they were always responsive, supportive, and handled everything efficiently. It's clear they really care about doing a good job and looking after their clients. We truly appreciate their professionalism and friendly approach. Highly recommend! Additionally, at the time, we were quite desperate to find a new home in a short time period, and they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. It truly meant a lot to us!

Lovely estate agents who always go above and beyond to support you. From the moment I first entered their office I’ve felt welcome and they’ve done everything they can to help.
