The house was put on the market and we had an incredible amount of viewings and agreed a sale in under 2 weeks the effort put in to sell the place was unbelievable thank you

From the first day I viewed the flat, Suzanna kept me informed and updated on progress. Supported by Amy for the handover of keys and organising the inventory, the team were really helpful and friendly. It was my first time letting with Brock Taylor but it won’t be the last. Thanks team :-)

The staff at Brock Taylor couldn't have been more helpful and supportive during the whole house moving process. Communication from everyone was excellent. Liam was so efficient and professional getting the house on to the market for sale. Then once we had a buyer Leanne took over as sales progressor and worked her magic to bring the chain we were in to completion.

We rented our property with Brock Taylor for around seven years. I found them to be very efficient and professional and dealt with any problems quickly. We then sold the property through them and again found them very professional, especially Leanne, who was great at liaising between solicitors in what turned out to be a difficult but successful transaction. I would definitely recommend.
