I have been dealing with Keith Grant at Brock Taylor for a few weeks now and he is a breath of fresh air, not only a credit to this company but for the industry as a whole. I’ve been really impressed with his customer service, honesty and eagerness to help. Over the last few years I have been trying to sell and subsequently buy a new property and decided for a number of reasons not to use Brock Taylor. But Keith has restored my faith in this company. Keep up the great work.

Just some quick feedback related to our recent experience trying to purchase a house via Brook Taylor. Although we just lost out on the deal I must recognise Keith Grant who was extremely helpful, informative and professional during the process. We were constantly kept informed and any questions or concerns were answered and addressed immediately which really helped keep the stress and worry to a minimum. Although we missed out on the property I hope the next one we find and view has Brock Taylor as their agent. Thanks again Keith and the Team. Matt 👍

Keith from Brock Taylor came to our home for a valuation. He had done prior research and was warm and complementary of our home. He gave reassurance in the market and the likelihood of us selling, providing a good estimate which aligned with other estate agents. He has responded quickly and efficiently to emails and queries. We marketed our property with Brock Taylor back in October. From the process of giving us an evaluation through to sale they were very helpful. Communication with members of the team have been excellent, especially in the early days with taking viewings and with the days leading up to completion.
