Excellent service from Brock Taylor, Horsham. From the initial valuation to exchange of contracts, they have been friendly, helpful and professional. I dealt in particular with Liam and Sarah, who were always quick to respond to my queries and to deal with any problems that arose. Had the absolute pleasure this morning of speaking to Lucy after having many frustrating calls with other agencies who acted bluntly and without customer service in any form. Lucy however not only took the time to discuss all the details I was after, but reassured me that the aftercare of Brock Taylor is something they take great pride in. Very much looking forward to my future viewings and do hope to be a tenant under their branch!

We have recently sold and purchased through Brock Taylor and the service has been exceptional throughout. From selling our first home in less than a week, to helping us find our dream family home. Sarah on the sales progression side has been amazing with constant updates and dealing with challenging solicitors on our behalf. A big thank you to Peter and Ollie also who have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use Brock Taylor in the future!

I have been dealing with Keith Grant at Brock Taylor for a few weeks now and he is a breath of fresh air, not only a credit to this company but for the industry as a whole. I’ve been really impressed with his customer service, honesty and eagerness to help. Over the last few years I have been trying to sell and subsequently buy a new property and decided for a number of reasons not to use Brock Taylor. But Keith has restored my faith in this company. Keep up the great work.
