Bought my house via Brock Taylor many moons ago and they did a great job. Decided to call them to get some feedback on redesigning my kitchen workspace and garage and understand the valuations before and after the work is done. Been using Brock Taylor to let my property for several years now and they continue to get the best price when tenants change. Kate Ellery was very helpful this time sourcing very good painters and carpet cleaners for me with little time to sort, as I was unable to complete this myself. The team usually reply back to my messages quickly and any matters get sorted swiftly.

Big thanks to Simon and Kate for their quick help regarding my parking issue. I was using a courtesy car while mine was in the garage. Because the number plate was different, I could have received a fine, but they sorted it out with the landlord just in time. Really appreciate it!

From the 1st call to enquire about a property,I received a professional and friendly approach, Flexible and fitted in my viewing at short notice..Suzanna met with me and showed me around the property.
