As a newcomer to the UK, Northwood was the ONLY agency who was willing to help my partner and I find a rental. We had no history and no experience with british procedure, so an agency seemed the only logical way to go, yet none would work with us, BECAUSE of our lack of experience and history. They were the only people who were willing to explain the procedure, and help us get our paperwork together and most of all put up with all the questions we had 😁! I highly recommend them especially if you’re not familiar with the system, they will treat you like a human being and offer the support you need to get started.

We used Northwood to rent a property and eventually sell a property. Firstly I think to give them 5* is a bit of an understatement the team in this estate agent went over and beyond for us. I have let my property through Northwoods for some 10 years and have always found them exceptionally professional and attentive to all my requirements.
