I have let my property through Northwoods for some 10 years and have always found them exceptionally professional and attentive to all my requirements. I have always chosen their managed guaranteed contract since have do not have the time to address all the ongoing issues myself, they are continually up to date with all legislation and i am notified of my obligations. Ongoing necessary remedial works are promptly notified in conjunction with all associated costings for me to consider. I personally would not trust any one else with my property!
