Artur, as you know from the phone call we had today, 15th December, the refund has been made to you as promised and as our processes at Northwood demand. The property you applied for is not managed by Northwood, we simply find a tenant for the Landlord. This particular Landlord made the decision about who to offer the property to as there were two applicants. We are extremely sorry that we were unable in this instance to secure a property for you. We would of course be happy to contact you if another property comes up that might suit your requirements.

Hello Sam, we are sorry that you felt you had to complain. As always we investigate negative comments and in this case have found that after you had put a deposit down on a property, unfortunately, our Landlord asked us to withdraw the property as his tenant had decided to stay. We had no choice but to cancel your viewing and refund your deposit. We attempted to book an alternative viewing on a Saturday as requested, but the tenant had guests all weekend and didn't want viewings. In the current climate of high demand for rental property, occasionally a previous viewer may call to place a deposit and we cancel all further appointment to avoid wasting clients' time. We try to be as flexible as possible for our clients and would welcome any further requests to view from you.
