I've twice used Northwood now to rent properties and not only have they been timely and efficient, they have been friendly and considerate. It has the feel of a smaller estate agency, where you are dealt with on a friendly and personal level. Both my moves in and out have been undertaken smoothly, and the staff at Northwood have always been on hand quickly should I have needed them. Can't praise them enough.

We rented through Northwood in High Wycombe for 14 months. Whilst not everything was perfect initially they worked hard to ensure that any problems were rectified and dealt with swiftly. Whenever a problem occurred they very quickly actioned the landlady’s repair team. They have been very professional with end of tenancy procedures and have always been available despite renting during lockdowns etc. Unfortunately we can’t name all of the team but essentially anyone we had contact with was really professional and helpful. I have rented several times previously with other companies and I can safely say that renting with Northwood was the best experience by far.
