As a newcomer to the UK, Northwood was the ONLY agency who was willing to help my partner and I find a rental. We had no history and no experience with british procedure, so an agency seemed the only logical way to go, yet none would work with us, BECAUSE of our lack of experience and history. They were the only people who were willing to explain the procedure, and help us get our paperwork together and most of all put up with all the questions we had 😁! I highly recommend them especially if you’re not familiar with the system, they will treat you like a human being and offer the support you need to get started.
