I have been a tenant with Northwood for 5 years and they have always been efficient. Last night I emailed to get a 2 year rent statement and Richard was straight on it and sent it over first thing this morning. Excellent service and highly recommend.

We used Northwood for their 'Tenant Find' service and were thoroughly impressed with the complete service. The team were friendly, kept us informed at every step, offered advice and ultimately found us the ideal tenant. It was so reassuring to have experts handling the process, knowing that we would be providing the best start for our tenant as well.

A big thank you to the team at Northwood High Wycombe for being fab letting agents! It isn't often that as a tenant you feel genuinely looked after and cared for by your letting agency, but I have always received a speedy response to questions & issues and everyone has been so friendly and extremely helpful staff. Great customer service and thank you Richard for your continuous support and for helping me find another home!!! I will highly recommend Northwood!!

Our Moving Journey, 8 weeks ago we we told that we have to move out of our house by the 6th Nov because the land lord wanted the property back. Anyway i rang many estate agents and they did not seem bother and we were at our wits end. I rang Northwood and arrange a viewing, we met thia amazing estate agent called Kim who was salt of the earth and took us on a Journey and found us a beautiful house. Kim is a real people person and knows exactly what you want, also Richard is so nice and again they both always wanted to go the extra mile for us. Im saying if you are having trouble contact this estate agent as they are truly wonderful team. Thank you again Kim and Richard for all your hard work lots of love the Ledgers xxx 💜💜
