Once we were under offer, Lisa took over and did a fantastic job managing the sale; keeping us updated at every stage, liaising with the seller on our behalf, and helping resolve queries quickly so nothing held things up. Jan then picked things up seamlessly while Lisa was on leave and saw us through to exchange, staying just as communicative and on top of things throughout.
