This review is specifically for Janet that works here. Everyone tell you that buying a house is the most stressful thing you’ll go through in your life. Words cannot describe it and there is nothing you can do to prepare for it. I must say that at every step along the way you deal with many incompetent people who don’t care if you do or don’t get the property, rude, lazy and just a nightmare to deal with. Janet on the other hand does not fit this mould what so ever. Without her help and her amazing spirit and can do attitude I can assure you the sale of the property wouldn’t have happened. She was there with us at every step of the way and actually fought in our corner for us. I bothered this poor lady three times a week for six months and she was the same lovely hard working lady from start to finish. I cannot emphasise how amazing she is and she deserve all the praise in the world

I have nothing but praise for the way Mat, Lisa and the team at JNP looked after the sale of our family home following my mum's death. Mat was professional throughout providing a valuation for probate and 2 years later putting the house on the market. The whole team at JNP pulled out all the stops to get the right buyers viewing the property, and a successful offer was made one week after the house was placed on the market. Lisa helped to keep the momentum with the sale by liaising between myself and the buyers solicitor to keep me informed of progress, and gently nudge when my team needed to take action, which resulted in the sale completing 13 weeks after we accepted the offer, which feels miraculous given some of the horror stories I have heard from others selling houses. I would absolutely recommend anyone using their services.

We sold our house with JNP and were really pleased with the level of service we received. From listing the property to completing the sale the guys at JNP were great. Lisa Smith in particular was amazing, she went above and beyond to help us through the process and was always prompt at responding to any queries we had. Her communication was excellent and she was great at keeping us up to date on how the sale was progressing. We had a few tricky moments with the sale but Lisa was amazing at stepping in and helping us out when we needed it (which was a life saver as we live 3 hours away from the property we were selling.) We recently sold our flat with JNP and had a great experience. Everyone from the sales team to sales progression was incredibly helpful and the process was as smooth as it could’ve be. Mat initially came out to give us a valuation, he took his time to go through everything and was very honest and realistic about what we could get for it. He suggested some minor cosmetic improvements we could make and once these were done, took some great photos for the listing. Martin then took over for the viewings, and had found us buyers within a few weeks of the property going on the market. After each viewing, we got prompt phone calls with constructive feedback he’d had. Jan from sales progression then took over - I cannot sing Jan’s praises enough! Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always at the end of the phone, and by the end we were even joking that she was actually a “conveyancing witch” because she managed to get things done seamlessly and by magic, and got updates before even we had them. Her lovely dulcet tones and calm manner kept me relatively calm throughout the very stressful process of buying, selling and getting a lease extension done at the same time! Natalie is professional and friendly Natalie was an absolute super star. She was professional and friendly and always helpful. Natalie always returned calls promptly and reassured me when needed. Natalie secured a property for my nephew, everything went smoothly and he was in the property promptly. I recommend Natalie at JNP if your a landlord or a tenant.
