We decided to use JNP High Wycombe branch to sell our property. This was aftermeeting with Mitchell Desborough whose professional attitude and realistic estimates of price and time to sell turned out to be very accurate. During the selling process, we had contact with most of the sales team, each with their own specialism, who answered our questions knowledgeably. From the outset we were given details of charges, and during the time the property was on sale, we were informed of when prospective buyers were visiting and given feedback based on their comments. This was very helpful. We would definitely use JNP again and have recommended them to friends and colleagues. The whole experience was made calm and easy by their experienced team. Top notch! I'm really pleased with the service so far. Mat came and valued my property. He really took time to discuss options and used research and other properties in the area to come up with a fair but generous valuation. The photos he took were incredible and many of my friends/families commented how professional and impressive they were. Naz has been instrumental in attaining a great price. I really felt like he was in my corner throughout negotiations and was transparent with offers and deliberations. I'm really happy, I've used JNP three times now and can't see why I'd not use them again in future! UPDATE AFTER SALE: My sale had lots of speed bumps out of JNP's control and it looked like collapsing at a few points. A very relieved and happy customer can report than both Lisa and Caroline in the Sales Progression team showed me empathy, understanding and helped get the sale over the line.
