JNP Estate Agents - High Wycombe

Great help from Jan during my fiest time buying process. Always at the other end of the phone to help! Thanks to Naz for the start up to getting my place!

Lisa was amazing and so was Naz. There customer service was excellent

Thanks to Lisa (and also Jan) for their assistance in driving through the sale of my flat.

I honestly cannot thank the team at JNP High Wycombe enough. After experiencing homelessness with my two children and spending over a month moving between hotels, family homes and temporary accommodation, I was desperately trying to secure a property. Having had some very difficult experiences elsewhere, I was exhausted, overwhelmed and beginning to lose hope. From my very first conversation with Lloyd, I felt listened to and treated as a person rather than just another application. He took the time to understand my situation and immediately made me feel that somebody genuinely cared. Phoebe and Lindsay then went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were compassionate, understanding, professional and incredibly responsive. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked so hard to help move things forward as quickly as possible. What stood out most was their kindness. At a time when my family was going through one of the most difficult periods of our lives, they showed empathy, patience and genuine humanity. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they consistently kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. Thanks to their support, my children and I now have a home. Whilst they were simply doing their jobs, the reality is that the difference they have made to our lives is immeasurable. They helped provide stability, security and a fresh start after an incredibly challenging time. Lindsay, Phoebe and Lloyd are a credit to JNP and I will never forget the kindness they showed my family. I would recommend JNP High Wycombe without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Naz at JNP High Wycombe was very professional, friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our viewing experience. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Even after the viewing, Naz remained available and responded promptly to additional questions we had, which we greatly appreciated. His excellent customer service and approachable manner made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you very much for your support, Naz. We would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable estate agent.

Recently completed a purchase via JNP. I have nothing negative to say at all, from great communication to their persistence in making sure things continue to flow throughout the process. Jan, in particular, is fantastic and such an easy person to talk too and makes the buying/selling process feel as minimal and stress-free as possible. Thank you Jan and JNP - we will definitely return to use your services! N Uppal

Helpful and friendly advice. The team knows what they’re doing expertise in their field. Would specifically like to mention Mr Martin and Ms Janet. Extremely helpful.

It’s been brilliant working with Nathan who has shown empathy and compassion for our situation and helped us sell our home. Always helpful and sensitive in communication.

Naz and his team could not be faulted in their professionalism, hard work and positivity. At the moment it is a difficult selling market. This is the team you would want in your corner. We would highly recommend the High Wycombe JNP team and sincerely thank them all for their hard work. Also a shout out for the in house Solicitors, especially Sabeeah. The whole process was so much smoother because of her professionalism.
