We bought a property recently through Caroline in JNP high wycombe. Initially my wife had viewed the property and she was so happy with it. Caroline made sure that anyone buying property definitely do a viewing so we booked second viewing and she was so prompt with that. The whole buying process itself was straightforward and smooth. Caroline made sure we have all required documents and things before we proceed to offer. Once we offered she made sure it gets approved. Because of her we were able to buy the house without any issues.

We are currently buying a home through JNP and can honestly say they have been amazing from initial viewing. Second review: Lisa has been probably the only reason this move has still taken place and deserves a medal for her efforts seeing it through. Our chain has been absolutely awful throughout this process with other estate agents further up the chain just simply not doing a good enough job, offering poor advice and actually having a go when Lisa was doing her utmost to get this whole saga over the line. Your efforts were amazing. We have finally exchanged almost 9 months after selling our property and I’m sure Lisa cannot wait to see the back of this whole stressful affair as much as us.
