We initially spoke with Caroline when we called to enquire about a property that had just hit the market and again when our offer had been accepted. She was friendly and professional, just as excited about the home move process as we were. We were then introduced to Lisa on the sales progression team who was just fantastic, she really kept us up to date with absolutely everything and our chain was extremely tricky involving 6 properties!
