Selling a property can be one of the most challenging and stressful of life events. However It proved to be a real pleasure dealing with Jenna Henley and her team at the Heywood office when selling our property. They were honest from the start as to how long the process might take so when we eventually sold the property and then completed we were kept in the loop at all times. Would not fail to recommend them too highly for their excellent service.

We have recently bought and sold a house through the Heywood branch and were really impressed by the service we received at every step of the way. Fran was fantastic throughout the initial consultation / meeting, so helpful and knowledgeable - and not at all pushy- thank you Fran! We were then handed over to Catherine to help us manage the process including viewings / offers and then right through to completion. Catherine was always on hand to help with any queries or problems and was so easy to communicate with. Catherine really went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process - constantly chasing and keeping us updated when we had some particularly frustrating issues crop up - she helped keep us sane!! :) Thank you for everything Catherine x Overall, a fab service from start to finish and would highly recommend!

Fantastic Estate agents, simply the best! So we put our house on the market back in 2023 and stupidly went with the cheapest option full of promises of quick sales etc.. But after 5-6 months we'd hardly had but a handful of viewings! So we decided to switch to Ryder & Dutton and within days of them taking over our listing we started to get viewings after viewings and within about 6 weeks we had an offer and our sale was agreed. Catherine Salisbury took over our sale and I can't praise her enough, she was fantastic from start to finish, chasing solicitors (due to quite a complex chain) always keeping us updated, she couldn't of done anymore for us, she is a credit to Ryder & Dutton. I just wished we'd gone with them from the start, so lessons learnt there. If you are selling a house in the area then save yourself a lot of hassle, time and money and go with Ryder and Dutton and if Catherine gets your file, you can be sure she'll give you everything.

Firstly I would like to thank Jenna Henley who helped me towards the end of 2024 but unfortunately the vendor pulled out of the sale the day before the moving date. Jenna went beyond her duties to help me and I thank her very much. Today I took ownership of another property thanks to the help of Catherine Salisbury..and again Catherine went above and beyond to help me with every aspect of purchasing a new home even when I was upset she was there at the end of the phone, nothing was too much and she put me at ease with a smile on my face.
