After trying 3 other Agents locally, Catherine Salisbury at Ryder & Dutton was the only one to get viewers and a buyer for us. They followed up well and helped with communication with the buyer and conveyancers. Would recommend - not the cheapest but certainly represents good value!

As a portfolio landlord currently selling most of my properties, I am dealing with several Estate Agents and Ryder & Dutton Heywood branch have been the best so far. Catherine is very pro-active and her communication skills are exemplary. I was updated constantly with feedback from viewings and progress once the sale had been agreed. Catherine's team (Julie, Megan, Jenna, Naomi, Lucy and Shannon) all played their parts by providing viewing confirmations and helping me with other tasks that I placed on them as someone who lives a long way from the property being sold. They provided access to engineers, liaised with a neighbour who held keys at one point and dealt with any mail that had arrived for myself or my former tenant. Catherine also negotiated the best price for my property when 2 potential buyers had both offered on it. The successful sale was then seen to completion with constant updates and chasing of both sets of solicitors. A very satisfactory experience therefore and a team who come with the highest recommendation.
