I recently instructed Ryder and Dutton to sell a property in Heywood. From the outset, I spoke to the branch manager Fran, who I found to be both knowledgeable and professional, answering all questions I had initially and making my choice of which agent to use an easy one. I found the second agent uninterested and simply after a quick sale. Jenna attended to take photographs and was professional throughout taking time to achieve images that best displayed the property. Tom was then appointed to manage the sale and I found him very professional throughout. He would regularly update me, communicate effectively with all parties, to include solicitors and took the pressure off me. I would not hesitate in recommending Ryder and Dutton and thank all involved, who ensured a smooth process throughout.

I would like to thanks Ryder and Dutton for there help over the past few months. Firstly I would like to thank Jenna Henley who helped me towards the end of 2024 but unfortunately the vendor pulled out of the sale the day before the moving date. Jenna went beyond her duties to help me and I thank her very much.
