Start to finish fantastic service from the team, with a special mention for Catherine Salisbury who was just exceptional. We bought and sold through R&D between May and October 2025. We moved to Ryder & Dutton after 3 months of terrible service with another agent, and it was night and day from the very beginning. Fran came out to sign us up and Catherine took it from there. We were back on the market within 24 hours and sold within 48 hours for well above asking price. Just incredible! Catherine guided us through the process with absolute professionalism, kindness and patience through every step. The team at R&D Heywood are unmatched. Catherine in particular is incredible! She is extremely knowledgeable and possibly the most patient person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Without her I feel I would not be in my dream house now. I am not the easiest of people to deal with and she steadied the ship on numerous occasions when I thought all was lost. She is an excellent negotiator on behalf of her clients but also is truly honest with you. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Whatever she is getting paid it needs to double because she is worth every penny. The one star review on here HAS to be from a competitor or a disgruntled ex employee as it makes no sense whatsoever. I recently instructed Ryder and Dutton to sell a property in Heywood. From the outset, I spoke to the branch manager Fran, who I found to be both knowledgeable and professional, answering all questions I had initially and making my choice of which agent to use an easy one. I found the second agent uninterested and simply after a quick sale. Jenna attended to take photographs and was professional throughout taking time to achieve images that best displayed the property. Tom was then appointed to manage the sale and I found him very professional throughout. He would regularly update me, communicate effectively with all parties, to include solicitors and took the pressure off me.
